We have a 12 month fixed term, maternity cover contract for Commercial Finance Manager at our head office in Swindon. We can be flexible and offer hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
You will report directly to the Head of Finance and be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis for the Commercial and Retail functions (incorporating Property), and managing the partnership between those functions and the wider finance team. You will be the key finance partner for the Retail Director and CCO, members of the executive team.
This role offers you a fantastic opportunity to work with a strong executive team and be directly responsible for driving significant change and improvement. Both functions are well-established, although ongoing systems development and company strategy reviews mean that both areas are undergoing change. In some cases the role will initially be hands-on as analysis and procedures are developed to support stakeholders, but will quickly become strategic as you extract value from the information available.
